Lemon olive oil cupcakes

Having received more lemons from another source, I made the same recipe as last time. But this time I put the batter in a mini-cupcake pan. I sprinkled sugar on top before baking and it gave them just the right amount of sweetness that I decided not to glaze them.

They did not survive the evening.

Aren't they cute?
