| I lived & worked in San Ramon for a year & a half. During that time, Greg & I would meet up for dinner once a week. This ginger eggplant was my favorite at the Thai place we found. |
Greg got a goat curry once. Very spicy yet tasty.
Another go to for me & Greg was the Hopyard Grill in San Ramon. We could watch a Sharks game while enjoying spicy Mac & cheese bites. I usually got the Philly cheese steak. I would change it up by getting regular or sweet potato fries.
For Greg's birthday this year, we had a crowd at the house. The parents made it to CA for the wedding & Lindsie & Will joined us for a birthday breakfast, since it would be a busy day. I made an eggs Benedict casserole. The hollandaise was poured over each piece. I will be making this again.
We of course had pizza every September 9th & March 18th in honor of Julie.
With a lot of new wedding toys, I'll definitely be cooking more!
